The Return Process

  1. Have you checked the troubleshooting page? Maybe you don't need to return it. If that doesn't work, go to step two.
  2. Check your warranty to make sure you can return your product. (For instance, if your basset hound Buford ate it, don't send us the undigested parts. You have voided your warranty).
  3. Email us (or Call us @ 888 907 GAGE) at for a return code. Make sure you have a description of the problem, your part number and your full shipping address.
  4. Print out the RMA form and fill it out.
  5. Wait for your RMA number to come back by email. (Don't wait right by the computer...go do some may take from 24 to 48 hours)
  6. Return your merchandise to: Road Rage Gages, 59 Grays Lane, Fayetteville TN 37334..
  7. Be sure to put your RMA number on the box as well as on the form; your return cannot be processed without it.
  8. Take your package to your nearest mailing center and mail it. Please insure the package appropriately.
